Garton King is delighted to have a selection of AGA and Novy appliances on display at the Cycen kitchen showroom at Darts Farm, Exeter.
Cycen specialises in individually planned luxury kitchens, with collections from leading British kitchen maker Omegaalongside contemporary German kitchens from Häcker. The showroom brings together traditional craftsmanship, modern kitchen design and carefully selected appliances in a beautifully considered setting. Cycen is based at Darts Farm Shopping Village and is now officially open.
The showroom provides the opportunity to see an AGA incorporated into a complete kitchen rather than viewed in isolation. Cabinetry, worktops, lighting, extraction and appliances have all been brought together to show how an AGA can become an integral part of the room.
AGA Classic 100 in Dartmouth Blue
At the heart of the display is an AGA Classic 100 finished in Dartmouth Blue.
Its deep blue enamel works beautifully with the soft painted cabinetry, pale stone surfaces and brass details surrounding it, creating a kitchen that feels traditional without being overly formal.
For anyone considering an AGA for a new kitchen or renovation, the Darts Farm display is an opportunity to see the scale, finish and presence of the cooker within a completed kitchen scheme.
Novy Cooking & Extraction
Alongside the AGA, the showroom also features a selection of innovative appliances from Novy, complementing both the classic and contemporary kitchen displays.
Currently on display are:
- Novy Pureline Mini 90cm extractor in stainless steel
- Novy Undercover four-ring induction hob, integrated into a Dekton worktop
- Novy Vision 120cm extractor in white glass
The discreet design of the Novy appliances makes them particularly suited to kitchens where clean lines and uninterrupted surfaces are important.
Kitchen Design at Cycen
Cycen’s designers work across a wide range of kitchen styles, from painted cabinetry and traditional detailing to architectural, handleless designs.
Working with Omega and Häcker, the team can develop a kitchen around the character of the property, the way the space will be used and the finishes the client wants to live with every day.
The Darts Farm showroom gives visitors the chance to compare cabinetry, materials and appliances together and see how different elements work as part of a complete room. Cycen describes its service as bespoke kitchen design and installation from its Exeter showroom.
